Experience a guided tour through the exhibition about Estrid Ericson, who is a 20th century design icon. She founded Firma Svenskt Tenn, an interior design company, which today is known world wide.
Our experienced guide will take you on a journey from Estrid's upbringing in Hjo, and her early years setting up Firma Svenskt Tenn in Stockholm as well as her life-long collaboration with Josef Frank.
Estrid Ericson is one of the design icons of the 20th century. After growing up in Hjo, she moved to Stockholm and founded Firma Svenskt Tenn at the age of 30. Through her company and her skill in connecting with the most renowned architects and artists of our time, Estrid helped lay the foundation for modern Swedish design.
